  • The publishers Baldini & Castoldi, founded in 1897 their house under the arches of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele in Milan, ceased its operations in early '70. In 1991 Alessandro Dalai, CEO Electa and Einaudi, revived the historic brand by giving new life to the glorious publisher. In May 2003, the company changed its name to Baldini Castoldi Dalai Editore.

This publishing house was one of the first companies in Italy to offer services of content providing. Within two years, from 2000 to 2002, we place side by side his team in creating an internal tool that allows them to process and distribute editorial content in various formats. This effort led to the sale of its popular dictionaries to several of the major thematic italian websites
