In 2008, we were hired by the Forum to create a social portal for Video-On-Demand with multilingual support. The Web application, based on the Plumi product, allows subscribers to publish multimedia documents related to their activities on the territory, in order to build the movement's video archive.
Users have the possibility to upload videos in many different formats, the system will provide to convert them in a more web-compliant flash format.

The portal had so good results that convinced the WSF organizers to make it the institutional's television movement board.
